As our involvement in the Catering & Hospitality industry enters its 3rd decade, we decided to set up a commercial kitchen from our H.Q in Hahndorf.

A substantial building next to our home was remodelled and in October 2005, HQ cuisine was born.

Having 2 young school age children, Pamela & I have embraced the concept of working from home. After selling our eastern suburbs cafe, we are broadening our horizons in the industry.

We are a progressive & professional team, with an eye for detail, bringing a fresh, friendly approach towards our clients. HQ's food is an exciting combination of the classics with a modern edge, drawing from 25 years experience as a chef.
